We are amongst the top experienced teams in Mutual Fund industry, with experience of working across geographies in India and across spectrum of investment related business which includes sales, investor services, investor education.
Analysis of economic/structural parameters affecting markets and economy and taking them in consideration in investing.
We are a group of old colleagues which at a point of time were working together in the same location in a leading AMC, this literally being an “Old Team Revival Project”.
Concept behind “Arthapragya” logo
The name of the company was derived from its core values. It is a union of two hindi language words, first being “Artha” which means wealth or pursuit of wealth, and second being ” Pragya” which means knowledge or wisdom. So in totality the word “Arthapragya” means “Financial Knowledge/Wisdom”. This rests as the very core value of our organisation, as we thrive to empower everyone with financial knowledge/wisdom. This in turn shall make everyone in charge of their lives, based on a solid ground of financial freedom.
The core value of Arthapragya is spreading and embarking financial knowledge to as many people as possible as this is going to be one of the most important stimulus to the Indian economy. If you want to grow and want your country to grow, you have to be an integ part of its journey.

Vikas Kabra
A Commerce graduate and a certified Company Secretary by qualification, Mr.Vikas Kabra is the founder of Arthapragya Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Started his journey as Indirect Tax Consultant, Kotak Securities Ltd. and IL&FS Investmart Ltd. Worked with HDFC AMC for sixteen years which gave opportunities to explore markets across multiple Northern and Western states. In the process he acquired expertise in handling Retail, HNI/UHNI and Corporate Investors.
He is highly appreciated for his unorthodox insights on Investor Behaviour, Financial Markets and Economics. He has an uncanny ability to present the most complex economic scenarios in a captivating manner, and carries a simple philosophy- Acknowledge, Adapt, Accomplish. Under his leadership Arthapragya foresees to become a leading integrated financial services group in India. He visualises the growth of Mutual fund and Financial Services sector through the power of technology and education.
Mukta Misra
A Masters of Business Administration by qualification, Mrs. Mukta Misra is the cofounder of Arthapragya Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Previously worked with HDFC AMC for sixteen years before laying foundation of Arthapragya Ventures Pvt.Ltd. in 2023.
She has headed the customer service and relations department of Rajasthan region and has been heading the backhand team of the region. Under her leadership the organisational structure flowered and the customer relations and backhand were a breeze and very progressive. She carries with her the core competence and values required to a healthy business-customer relationship. She has been instrumental in technical upgradation and software integration into Arthapragya’s working.
Abhishek Jain
Director
A Masters of Business Administration and a Certified Financial Analyst with over a fifteen years of experience with HDFC AMC Ltd. , While holding the position of Senior Manager, Mr. Jain has gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects of mutual funds, including operations, portfolio management, market analysis, and client relations.
His reputation for exceptional customer relations and a customer-centric approach speaks volumes about his ability to understand and cater to clients’ needs, building trust and rapport, essential qualities in the financial advisory sector.
Jaya Paliwal
Director
With a shared vision for building the financial landscape, Jaya Paliwal is a director in Arthapragya Ventures Pvt. Ltd., and brings a wealth of fifteen years of experience in the financial sector and passion to our team with her.
Jaya Paliwal has an impressive background with Masters of Business Administration and CFP certification. She has worked with HDFC AMC Ltd. of ten years, from where she brought her extensive knowledge and strategic insights which have been instrumental in shaping our company’s mission and guiding our growth trajectory.
Nakul Misra
Promoter
A Masters of Business Administration by qualification, Mr. Nakul Misra is the creative face of Arthapragya Ventures Pvt. Ltd. He brings with him a twenty five year experience of entrepreneurship in International Logistics and Agro and Dairy Farming industries, and his understanding and dealings with HNI/UHNI clients brings another dimension on the plate. His simple and transparent nature brings an air of ease in business dealings as well as personal relations.
He is the man behind the creative content, design, social media and advertising, which forms an important part of any organisation’s growth story.
